Terms of Service

By accessing our services at YourCoder, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth collaboration.

1. Service Agreement

We provide web development, cybersecurity, and digital solution services. Each project starts with a formal discovery phase where requirements are documented. Any changes to the scope after the project starts may affect the timeline and cost.

2. Payment Terms

• Advance Deposit: A 50% advance payment is required to initiate any project.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared before the final handover or deployment of the project.
• Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once the development work has commenced.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final product (code and design). However, YourCoder retains the right to use the project in our portfolio for promotional purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and access credentials in a timely manner. Delays in providing resources will lead to an extension of the project deadline.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we build with elite-level security and performance standards, YourCoder is not liable for any third-party server failures, domain expirations, or external cyber-attacks occurring after the final delivery.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill their obligations. In case of termination, the client will be billed for the work completed up to that date.
